Der Verein Loisirs Gratuits wurde ursprünglich in der Schweiz gegründet, um Menschen mit geringen Mitteln Unterhaltung zu ermöglichen. Das ursprüngliche Ziel war es, kostenlose Veranstaltungen aufzulisten, damit das Budget niemals ein Hindernis für Kultur ist.
Warum diese Kurse?
Schnell wurde klar: Es ist unmöglich, alle kostenlosen Veranstaltungen weltweit aufzulisten. Angesichts dieser Grenze entschied sich der Verein für einen neuen Ansatz.
Die neue Lösung: Ihr Smartphone
Die Gründer beschlossen, das am weitesten verbreitete Werkzeug der Welt als eigene Freizeitquelle zu nutzen. Ihr Telefon ist nicht nur ein Kommunikationsmittel. Es ist eine Kamera, ein Videorecorder, ein Schnittplatz.

Our History
Originally, the association Loisirs Gratuits was founded in Switzerland with a specific social mission: to allow those with limited means to enjoy entertainment. The initial goal was to list free events so that budget would never be a barrier to pleasure and culture.
Why these courses?
Quickly, a realization was made: it is impossible to list every free event everywhere in the world, all the time. Faced with this limit, the association decided to innovate.
The new solution: Your Smartphone
The founders decided to use the most common tool in the world as a source of leisure in itself. Your phone is not just a communication tool. It is a camera, a video recorder, an editing studio.

À la base, l'association Loisirs Gratuits a été fondée en Suisse avec une mission sociale précise : permettre à ceux qui ont peu de moyens de se divertir.
Que ce soit pour les retraités, les familles nombreuses ou les personnes en recherche d'emploi, l'objectif initial était de répertorier les événements gratuits, afin que le budget ne soit jamais un frein au plaisir et à la culture.
Pourquoi ces cours ?
Rapidement, un constat s'est imposé : il est impossible de recenser tous les événements gratuits partout dans le monde, tout le temps. Face à cette limite, l'association a décidé de changer d'approche et d'innover.
